Welcome to this new blog!  First, let's look at what happened in Old City at-large in 2015. And it was a very good year.

There were lots of positive developments in the 19106 zip code.  Versus last year, there were 14.48% more properties listed.  This year, 30.78% more properties sold, and they sold for an average of 6.95% more.  

The average days on market was down 4.65% from last year as well.  Because of this positive activity, there was a 36.36% decrease in average months of inventory, down from 11 months for 2014 to 7.67 months in 2015.
